Your choice of low carb chocolate protein,
Brand Dymatize : Iso Hydrolyzed Whey Protein (Choose your Flavor)

Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides (Stevia), Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Potassium Chloride Contains Milk and Soy. May contain (or manufactured in a facility that processes) Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Wheat.
Half & Half - any kind will do
Vanilla Extract - any kind will do
Water
The Recipe
2 Scoop of Protein powder
1/2 Cup of half & half
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Water
Mix all the ingredients together and freeze it over night
Blend it when you're ready on Lite Ice Cream and it will be cream smooth for you taste buds.
For extra flavor I add lily's white chocolate on the mix-in setting because chocolate make everything better. Or if your more of a coffee fan add a tsp of coffee mix!
